TURN AROUND TIME
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time will be up to 10-15 business days and we strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create and ship.SHIPPING
We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.
Locals will be able to pick up once item is ready.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If the item arrives to you with a issue, please contact me immediately on how to resolve this issue.
