If you need GTS to update your website with content, no problem, we can take care of adding and removing content from or to your site. Select a number of tasks you need us to perform, then check out and send tasks to us via email.
TURN AROUND TIME
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for website tasks can be from anywhere between 2 to 15 business days depending on the number of tasks. We strive to have them completed fast. During holiday rush times this is subject to change.HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
After check out please send all information to genevastechspot@gmail.com . Number your task in order (1 2 3 4 5 etc). Please note this is not a physical product so at check out just select local pickup and when the order is completed you will recieve a pick up notification which will mean your tasks are completed. You can then review the tasks we completed on your site. If we need to contact you for clarity on anything then we will email you. If you have any questions please contact us below using the chat.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of this service, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If there is an issue with our services, please contact us immediately on how to resolve this issue.
That being said, we stand behind everything we sell, and your satisfaction is our TOP priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, please reach out via email so we can work on a resolution 🖤
